It’s too soon to tell, but so far so good!

Once again, I thought my problem was solved, I wanted to make sure everything was perfect, so I checked the last available Windows updates, once the downloads were downloaded and installed, the exact moment Windows said the updates were installed, Avast started warning me “threat has been detected” :(… , here are my logs
So now what? I think I’m on the ignore-list (figuratively) ::), and I might make it to the ignore-list literally after this post ;).
Should I assume it’s a non-malicious issue (an FP or a Microsoft certificate revocation list problem) and move on, hoping that these pop-ups will stop after an update in the future?
I don’t care if I still get pop-ups, I just want to know if I’m infected or not? An infection or a configuration issue?

Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

[*]Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
[*]Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks

Notes:

I’m not sure this is of any relevance, but when I first disabled Avast protection, I got a blue screen and Windows rebooted. Everything was fine in the second attempt. And at some point during combofix work and before it rebooted, I got two error messages (Unable to create a backup of the current registry file C:\Windows\System32\config\SECURITY !), which I took pictures of (I’ll upload them if they matter)
(With regard to the pop-ups, I tried to screen-shot them a few days ago and it was impossible and futile because the screenshot wouldn’t show the object’s full title, I can take pictures of them when they show up if this helps?)

Ok sure, I deleted Avira yesterday, and I just deleted MSE.
The more l Look at this the more I feel it may be a false positive, although having said that you are the only one with it.
Lets try and reset the certificate store
CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer
Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:
CreateRestorePoint: CMD: certutil -installdefaulttemplates EmptyTemp: CMD: bitsadmin /reset /allusers
Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe
