Constant scan notifications

I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S6 running Android 5.1.1
For some reason I get notifications that a scan was performed about fifteen times a day. I have the automatic scan set for five a.m. I shouldn’t be getting any of these notifications and it’s really starting to irritate me. I’ve paid for a year, otherwise I’d have uninstalled already. Also the network meter doesn’t work at all. Shows zeros across the board, all the time.

Do you have scan files option on?
I am using the free version and I am also getting a lot of notifications. I noticed that I had the scan all files option on. Maybe that is the cause for lot activity?
