Is it just me but my Windows 10 system is constantly telling me that there are updates to my free copy of Avast.
I must get at least three or four reminders a day despite having updated earlier in the day. I can update and then half an hour later get another reminder.
I can’t believe that there are that many new viruses turning up throughout the day.
I think I seriously need to look elsewhere.
Do you mean program update or VPS update?
Do you have updates on auto?
Tried repair and reboot ?

I can't believe that there are that many new viruses turning up throughout the day.O yes. Malwarebytes can have 10 updates a day. My F-Secure have recived 4 today (and there will be more)

Most of avast updates arrive with stream update (if not turned off) evry 5-15 minutes
