Constant warnings: 00000004.@ 000000cb.@ 80000000.@ trojans

Every 5 or 10 minutes avast has been popping up with multiple threat detected messages including those listed in the title along with some variations of a trojan and a malware generator. I was ignoring the warnings for a while but now it’s beginning to interfere with my gaming, any help would be appreciated. I’ve run malwarebytes anti-malware, spybot, and avast quickscans multiple times(full scans take over 12 hours) and every time I delete the infected files they seem to get reinstalled. Can anyone help me?

EDIT: I managed to solve the problem on my own. Turns out I had a zero acess rootkit and I ended up getting rid of it with combo fix. Computer’s running fine now, please close this thread.

Whilst the alerts are a pain, avast is preventing the infection getting any worse.

This needs further analysis by a malware removal specialist:

I forgot to add that whatever is infecting my computer also constantly alt tabs me out of fullscreen apps such as games and makes the games run weirdly in windowed mode.

MBAM will not kill this, the other logs are needed
