Constant WebShield Alerts While Connected to the Internet

A lot of people in this forum seem to be having a similar issue. For the last day and a half or so, my computer has been getting constant alerts from the Avast! Web Shield telling me that malicious URLs have been blocked. The alerts tell me that different URLs have been blocked each time. I’ve unplugged the ethernet cable from my computer, so it is not currently connected to the internet. Most of the alerts that I’m given also seem to be coming from the iexplorer.exe file, though I’ve been unable to locate that file, and I do not ever use Internet Explorer. I will be posting the necessary logs shortly. If any other information needs to be supplied, let me know and I’ll see what I can do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I’ve attached the logs from MBAM and FRST, and I am currently running aswMBR, though it seems to be hung up on a file, and it’s not making any progress. I’ve also included an image from one of the alerts for reference.

It is also worth noting that The reference image is not representative of all of the alerts I have been getting; many of the alerts have said Mal instead of Iframe-inf.

The aswMBR scan finished. The logs are attached.

I still need help with this whenever possible, so bumping.

Let me know if this stops it
