Contact Avast? - Cannot Cancel Renewal

Hi

The Avast website will not allow me to cancel my renewal through my account. Every other page and link on their site works except that one, which conveniently just always says there’s a problem their end. I have tried the support centre and 2 different phone numbers that they have provided, neither of which even rang. Just silence then disconnects. It’s all feeling very scammy and I really need to cancel before they try and take more money from me. Does anyone know how I can get through to them??

You don’t indicate where you have tried, so I may be repeating what you have tried.

Was your purchase from Avast or through a reseller and also was payment made via PayPal for instance as that can make it more complex to cancel.
