I cannot contact the support neither by mail, nor can I access the support website (which avast is suggesting by link in their general response by the no-reply to mail address) if I go there it shows “bad gateway”
Since the prolongation of my abo I cannot put Avast Secure Line into the manual mode
I cannot access / contact the support neither on my account in my profile - if I click on the support center button it leads as well as the website to bad gateway
in conlusion i also can’t make a ticket.
I’m pretty annoyed about that, since the “support” of avast seems only working by advertising e-mails.
