Contact to Support Service doesn't work

I cannot contact the support neither by mail, nor can I access the support website (which avast is suggesting by link in their general response by the no-reply to mail address) if I go there it shows “bad gateway”

Since the prolongation of my abo I cannot put Avast Secure Line into the manual mode
I cannot access / contact the support neither on my account in my profile - if I click on the support center button it leads as well as the website to bad gateway

in conlusion i also can’t make a ticket.

I’m pretty annoyed about that, since the “support” of avast seems only working by advertising e-mails.

I am unable to contact Avast support by email or access their support website, as it consistently shows a “bad gateway” error. Since renewing my subscription, I can’t switch Avast SecureLine to manual mode. Additionally, the support center button in my account profile leads to the same bad gateway error. This lack of access to support is extremely frustrating and leaves me without any assistance. I need help resolving these issues as soon as possible.
