In September, I lost my bank card, got a new one with new number, now it seems someone took out a subscription for avast computer protection. It has been applied to my computer (allegedly, I can’t find it on my laptop), now I’ve been billed for £69.95 and trying to get in contact with avast is impossible, I emailed them only to be told, this email 8s temporarily not being used, tried the email that they supplied me with in their response and that doesn’t work either. Any ideas/suggestions?
