I am thoroughly fed up with Avast.
I have on 3 occasions used its custom service email and on all 3 occasions my email has been returned stating,“dear customer, his email address is temporary not used by our support,…”. trying to call on the support telephone is one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. How temporary is the failure to support customers? To write a letter to Avast it’s address is in Poland!!! what on earth is is Avast playing at? No other company is as difficult to contact.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
I don’t know what mail you used, but the direct email hasn’t been used for some time.
What is it that you are trying to contact Avast About (don’t give personal details or your email address in a public forum) ?
