My subscription to several Avast products was due to expire so I attempted to contact Avast to try and organise a package deal. Unfortunately for me I could not find any link that would offer me a package and I could not find a way on the Avast website to speak to a real person. Alas my subscriptions have elapsed and now I get requests from a computer to renew my policies. Why is it so hard to communicate with a real person.
