Why is it so difficult to be able to speak to a ‘live’ person regarding you account. Every time I phone the support number I get told to go to the www.avast.com/support and deal with it through there. The issue being support is only FAQ’s or contact which then requests your initial order number - every number I put in there is rejected so the form will not submit.
How do I contact a real person either via online chat or on the telephone ?
Can someone here tell me why I have yet to be contacted by any avast representative in regards to my refund it’s been 5 hours now. In all honesty after this is whole ordeal is over i’m moving on from avast, I can’t take the bad service.
