Just started getting these pop-ups about 4 or 5 days ago…and they are getting more frequent. Usually when leaving a page or on youtube…I tried to remember what it said exactly, but each one is slightly different. It usually says something about ‘extensionstats’.
"Avast has blocked a harmful webpage or file.
Object: http//feedback.extentionstats.com// (can’t see the rest from here)
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:/Program Files (x86)\…\chrome.exe"
I ran Malwarebytes and Spybot Search & Destroy…still doing it.

I rarely use IE…I did get on there and click around for a bit. Nothing pops up. Seems it is only on Chrome.
Here are the logs that were shown in the file after the scan ran.
I did that, went to Youtube and clicked around 10-15 videos with no pop-ups. BUT, I went there in a regular window and did the same, also no pop-ups? Maybe I should just try for awhile and see what happens??
