Copy my Contacts from another device's backup

Hi,

I went back to factory settings on my mobile phone (CT300 or N9700 Chinese) and when reinstalled avast it created me another device on myavast.

The “old device” had all my contacts. Can I copy them to the “new device”?

How can I do this?

If you have used the Avast Backup app to backup your contacts, you can go to old device in my.avast.com , open the contacts section and choose Restore and pick your new device in the select box.

Hi, I’m having the same problem: all my contacts are backed up in my.avast, but when I try to restore them to a device other than the one that generated them, It says theres no conection to it, which is not true since I can create new backups, find its location, etc etc. How can I get my backed up contacts un my phone again??
