i am using windows 8.1 and i want to copy my windows 8.1 in the cd or dvd so that i can format my laptop when i need it if something goes wrong in my laptop.
anybody please tell me how to copy my os with my license in my cd? and how much time it takes to copy it with license?
If you buy a system, you pay for it.
If the system has a OS installed, you also paid for that.
That means the seller must give you a cd/dvd with the os, or the system must have a “recovery” option as well as a option to create a install cd/dvd.
The best thing you can do is restore the laptop to factory default.
Install all applications you normally use.
Make changes to settings and such to your wishes.
Create a image of the drive.
And after that, backup data daily en create a new image of the drive each month.
As Bob’s video will show windows 7 and 8 has perfectly fine imaging software included which works great, you just need a second hard drive or external hard drive to put the image on.
thank you everybody for this video help and for support.

how much time it takes to copy my licensed windows os in my cd and if i copy image backup as described in bobs video then is it contains whole windows 8.1 os in it or only license key in it?
A full drive image takes 15-60 minutes to create.
It depends on the speed of your system, image software used, size of the drive, how much data is on the drive etc etc.
There is only one way to find out, create a image.
If you have a working system all you need extra is image software and a medium to put the image on.
HD, cd, dvd, flash drive or…
