Core shields won't start on MacOS 10.15

Core shields won’t start on MacOS 10.15, tried re-installing but same result. The help says to go into preferences and click on ALLOW but it’s not there to click on.

And - just checking - version 14.2 of Avast Security, right?

Yes 14.2 but mine is NOT prompting me to Allow in Preferences as the instructions say.

Magically it’s all working normal this morning with core shields on. I didn’t reboot so I’m guessing AVAST pushed out some kind of update. Thanks!
