I would very much appreciate an explanation for this following partial scan report. Does this need any action to be taken ?

No, you can safely ignore those records.
There’s an instaler in System Volume Information that is either corrupted (possibly an incomplete download), or maybe avast! just isn’t able to unpack it correctly. In any case, nothing to worry about.
