Could someone tell my why avast do pentest on my NAS ?

Hello,

For a few months, I had notifications from my NAS about connection failures.

Today I know it’s from Avast’s monthly scan.
I would like someone to explain to me why an antivirus is trying to hack my NAS.

Today, 16 connection attempts.

Im using free avast

I understand the scan. But there is a difference between scanning a port and attempting to connect.

I will disable the feature
