Could you help me?

Yesterday, I saw a message which was like a firewall of Windows7.
It said I had some virus and malwares, so I had to pay to clean those things.
But, I ignored that, used Avast and found Win32 sirefef-a & Win64 sirefe-ao.
I tried to get rid of them, I did everything I could do, but it has been remaining.
My laptop is getting slower and stop often.
Now I can’t use the normal mode, I’m using safety mode.

What do I have to do!! help me!!

you seem to have AhnLab and avast antivirus installed ?

never install multiple antivirus…this can/will create all kind of mysterious windows errors and false positive detections

Essexboy is notified…

Ok, thanks. I’ll delete all antivirus except Avast and scan again.

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean. What is the alerts? Can I read that on the logs?
Could you explain more detailedly?

By the way, now my laptop is running well. There is no longer warning messages from Avast, Internet Explore is working well, and I can use the laptop with Normal mode. ( I’m not on Safety mode anymore :D)
I’m not sure if all viruses have gone or not, but now it seems to be good.

There is no longer warning messages from Avast
Sorry that is what I meant by alerts

Could you use the computer as normal and if all is well tomorrow let me know and I will remove my tools and tidy up

Sorry to be late.

Fortunately, there seems to be no more viruses. I can’t see any alerts or stopped windows at all.

Many thanks! ;D

Subject to no further problems

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean

A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

Run OTL
[*]Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

http://i1224.photobucket.com/albums/ee362/Essexboy3/Misc%20screen%20shots/CF_Uninstall-1.jpg

[]Follow the prompts on the screen
[
]A message should appear confirming that ComboFix was uninstalled

Run OTL and hit the cleanup button. It will remove all the programmes we have used plus itself.

We will now confirm that your hidden files are set to that, as some of the tools I use will change that

[*]Select folder options (Appearance > Folder options in category view)
[*]Select the View Tab.
[*]Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Do not show hidden files and folders.
[]Click Yes to confirm.
[
]Click OK.
