couldnt cancel my account

recently got an update on windows vitas that made Avast conflict with my system

Luckly I had a free trial…so I cancel the auto renew. Then I got announcement it would be reviewed. I went to check and they my pass didnt work. So I click forgot password…and they said my email doesnt exist, even though that what they charge me through

Then I called customer service and they made me a new account…so I could then said a note. They said if I did I get a refund. Sent several notes with no one texting back…and it been a while

Several thing and I will try to keep it short.
If you want more information or something feel free to ask.

avast doesn’t conflict with Vista.

The “customer service” you called is not avast but a call center that only handle certain things for avast.
They are not allowed (legally) to create a new account for you.

They don’t and are not allowed to handle refund request.

Did you create a ticket at avast ?
If so, what is the ticket ID and on what date did you create it?

On a note,
the ticket system is a FiFo system.
Each time you submit a new ticket, you will be put back at the bottom of the stack.

Accoring to Vista it waa causing issues. It said its new virus thing was slowing it down

Sent one of them the 23rd if may
sent another one the 2nd after I called the call center and they advise me…to make a ticket. I told them I made a ticket before. They guided me in making one…by having me download something where he can work with my PC from his office via an internet conneciton

first one
823451

second Ticket
836426

You can ignore the message from Vista, that is just Microsoft trying to keep people only using their products.
Before installing avast, make sure everything from any other av is completely removed.

Handling time for tickets is currently 10-15 business days.
As you have submitted multiple, you need to count from the date you have send the last one.

How to Successfully Install Avast: http://goo.gl/VLXde

ok it been a long while no response. Can I get an answer here

No, as only avast can see certain details and change things.

You can post your ticket # here and we can try to expedite matters for you.
Avast ultimately needs to resolve this.
