I have purchased 9 copies of what was sold as legitimate 1 year licenses to Avast Internet Security. The license, however, is registered to Carla Dias (customer number 2725XXXX), subscription valid until 2/17/2001, carladias.pr@XXXXXXXXXXX.com. I am a computer technician, and use these licenses on client’s computers. I cannot use licenses which are in question on the computers of clients who trust their computer technician. How can I report this fraud to Avast?
you probably already have, they monitor the forum

LOLz… Looks like lots of satisfied warez buyers there. "Fully Working via seller instruction process. " - let’s see, copy crack.exe to application dir, run it, register via keygen? :
Of course, it goes without saying that I will be more deliberate in my next purchase. However, I have a question that will assist in selecting a legitimate seller. I know that secure.element5.com is the site to which buyers are sent from the Avast.com website. Is there any other outlet that can sell legitimate licenses of Avast products? If the answer is no, then I will stick with www.secure.element5.com and stop looking for “deals”.
Not that it matters, but I took advantage of the 3 years for 3 computers for $99.00 promotion, and purchased 3 of those packages. It was a great deal for 9 of my computer clients. Thanks Avast!
There are hundreds of authorized resellers; you can find them here: http://www.avast.com/locate-dealer
