Coupon Printer issue

Coupon Printer from www.coupon.com is safe. However, Avast 8 believes that it is rarely used and causes this user to have to force the printer program to run. I have it properly installed in Firefox 20 and it has always worked in the past. Is it possible that WebRep is causing this issue? I tis more than a minor inconvenience as the program is indeed safe if downloaded and installed from the website which has “eTrust” certification. Issue popped up when trying to print a coupon from Shout detergent additive site - which is also a safe place.
