Crap website and inability to get a refund

Anyone else find the Avast website to be a heap of shite? “Contact Us” doesn’t open at all and it’s impossible to get a refund because my subscriptions aren’t listed.

Would have been helpful if you provided the URL you were at that this failed.

From the avast.com main site the list at the bottom:
Avast Contact Us | How to Contact AVAST Software
This worked, following on from that - and starts giving options as to what you wish to contact about (that link also worked).
Ultimately I can get to - https://support.avast.com/avast/en/gb/home/current/contact
Which tries to get to the nitty gritty of the issue you need to contact about.

Thanks David. None of the links worked for me but I eventually decided to click on cancel and, all of a sudden, I got a link to the customer services chat. As a result I was then, after over an hour of trying, able to request a refund. Still unimpressed with the website which seems to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund.
