Creating Master Agent not working

Dear board members,

we just installed avast business pro, managed yesterday. After the installation, we added 2 of our Servers to be a master agent. Since we added them, the console shows as status ‘pending’ and nothing seam to happen.

What do we need to do?

Same issue here (among many other)

I would recommend contacting your reseller, usually they do support aswell or will have a better success contacting avast directly.
