Credit card charge - no licence

I have never used Avast and never had a licence I have a credit card charge on 10 December by Avast-Nexway on my Mastercard.

I have lodged a ticket and called the customer support number several times but all either hang up on me, give me a different number to call or say they can’t help me because I do not have a order number or licence number or the like.

When I lodged a ticket I got the response the following response: We’re sorry, but we can’t seem to find a record of your license in our system. If you do not remember your order ID or which email address you used, please provide your full name …

I have replied saying I do not have an order ID because I never have ordered this product but no response.

Is there another number I can call to get help on this?
