Crypto Virus

I need help with finding a way to stop the win32:kryptik-PFA[trj] crypto virus from spreading. I currently work at a school and we have been infected with this virus and it has been spreading throughout the school district. If anyone knows how to stop this from spreading that would be great and if someone can help guide me on how to remove it. Thank you.

if you use USB stick / storage and similar here is a special tool that target those bugs (network worms and similar) that use removable drives to spread
