Cryptowall 3.0 - HELP_DECRYPT

Hi everyone,

I want to buy a lot of licenses of Avast to my company.
But I have some questions.

Does Avast in any kind of his versions prevent or delete Cryptowall 3.0 and the HELP_DECRYPT files ?

I know that probably I lost the files, but I need to delete this Virus, worm(?) and prevent to infect other machines on my network.
I will really appreciate if someone could recommend me a version of Avast that help me.

avast will detect known versions, but the bad guys release new undetected versions frequently
to my knowledge you have to pay to decrypt … backup is the solution

You are asking for a business solution. If you say that you have probably lost the files, I'm wondering who the main admin is, how things are setup etc. Where are the daily backups ?
