Csrss.exe does not have a user name or description in task manager and cannot display properties(similar results when using Process Explorer). There is one entry. When displayed after booting up in Safe mode all appears to be good except that there are two copies. I have installed various programs to fix without success(Malwarebytes(rootkit enabled), Hitman Pro, Norton 360, Microsoft MRT. Per a previous entry in this forum, I also ran OTS with the settings mentioned in that post and the custom scan for csrss*. I am very security aware and do not knowingly access suspicious websites. Attached in the output of OTS. This problem has affected three computers(one in which the cursor is being manipulated without any connection to the internet). Per the OTS output(at the bottom), csrss exes appear to be legit. OTS.txt is attached.
