I have noticed that when I try to create a custom scan that Avast requests a password. To my knowledge, I didn’t set a password for any processes when creating the client install deployment package. What password is this referring to? I am wanting this access for my techs. Thank you in advance!
The password is referring to the group password that was set. Go to the group properties in the console and set the passwords or disable them accordingly. Remember that all changes must be done from the console not the client.
