Customer Service Appallingly Terrible

I’ve had a customer service ticket in for A MONTH and nobody’s even looked at it.

When you try to call the customer service line, it forwards you back to the ticket system. Even getting the commercial customer service representative took over 90 minutes, and didn’t have the ability to see the trouble tickets.

UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE - amazing you stay in business.

On the chance someone actually looks at this from avast, the trouble ticket is number KTT-952-77131.
Given that it’s been a month, I’d like to think it’s near the top of the pile, but I don’t really have much confidence in that, either.

Looking at your image, when you update the support ticket it changes the date - the tickets are handled on a first in first out - so updating the ticket is actually extending the duration.

Hopefully Bob pushing it from another direction will help - so for now I would advise not updating your support ticket.
