Customer Service Issues

To whomever can help me,

I mistakenly believed my auto-renewal had been cancelled on my Internet Security subscription, only realising it had not after payment had been taken. As per what seems to be the policy I hope for a refund and a cancellation as in my current financial position I can not afford such an outlay.

I have submitted what I believe is a ‘ticket’ for consideration yet have received no reply of any kind. Looking at past issues on these boards I see a lot of mention of a ‘Ticket ID’ which can be quoted and mentioned-as I have had no confirmation of any kind I have received no such ID.

I hope someone on here can help me with where to go next or offer any general advice. Further information I will provide if necessary.

have you checked your mail account spam folder?

Yes a few times as previously all Avast emails went there but I have since changed my settings and checked both folders.
