https://youtu.be/ChFDzsQzicU

A hilariously frustrating deep dive into the never-ending loop of customer service madness. Follow one customer’s battle with Comcast as they navigate scripted responses, endless modem resets, and the arrival of a second technician—despite the first already diagnosing the issue wasn’t at their house. Will persistence finally pay off, or is this just another chapter in the saga of modern customer support? Buckle up for a relatable, witty, and all-too-true tale of tech troubleshooting gone wrong!

I used ChatGPT-4o, VLC, ZOOM’s Clips, ScreenPal, Pictory.ai and real life experience to put this information together.

Unfortunately!

Something that requires looking at, at the very least.

When seeking help, a circular maze is not the best way to assist users seeking help. Instead of getting that help what choice is there other than to switch providers.

Switching providers isn’t always easy. Especially when the choice of providers is extremely limited.

Avast is a complete scam. I agree with the circular maze they "offer’. I cancelled all my products and they still charged me for two ($130) and say I’ve got 2 more pending. I have cancelled all products and there is no one in North America to speak to. They conveniently have an errors when trying to contact them. Total scam. Run away fast
