Hello, since upgrading from the free antivirus system to get the internet firewall and cleanup feature my laptop has had extreme issues connecting to the internet and keeps crashing. After calling tech support i was told i had to spend MORE money to get avast to consider fixing the problems caused by their products- regardless of how absurdly unfair that is-as a student I am unable to financially. I have sent several ‘tickets’ to the customer service team asking for advice and refunds as these products have failed to fulfill their promised functions. I am yet to receive a response. How can I get customer service to communicate with me? How can I get a timely resolution to my issue? I require my laptop for my studies and I am in the ‘business’ end of my school year- getting this sorted is paramount to my studies, my deadlines wont wait. getting paid service from avast was a massive mistake and the aloof unresponsive nature of the customer service team is frustrating .
