Customer Service!!!

I have tried calling your customer service and I was supposed to hear back from someone after sending in a report. It has been almost a week and I have not heard back. I was requesting a refund, I had a free trial and almost 43 dollars was taken out of my account without my permission. I had no warning that my trial was going to expire and honestly I am not interested in keeping the service, All I want is my money back. I am incredibly upset about this, and will contact someone about my grieviouses if I don’t hear back soon.

You need to count in business days, not week days.
avast is normally handling tickets within 1-5 business days, but currently it is very busy and it can take a bit longer.
Just have patience.

I have been patient, incredibly patient i do believe. They told me two days MAX (i remember because i took notes while on the phone) i do believe that i have waiting the appropriate amount of business days. and usually i wouldn’t mind waiting more, except i am a college student who is living on a very tight income, and this amount of money can make a big difference to me. As of right now I would just like the chance to talk to someone about this issue.
