Customer Support?

What’s happened to customer support these days?

I have emailed sales twice with a license question but have not received a reply in 2 weeks!!!

How do you know that my mail has been answered as I still haven’t had a reply?

  1. The sales team aren’t usually so tardy in a response, do you, your ISP or email service, use an anti-spam filter ?
    This is the most common cause of a lack of a response from avast.com.

  2. You could try using a different email address, a free yahoo one (seems to work for others) and see if the response gets through.
