Customer users not visible in Avast partner hub users menu?

Anyone else having issues with viewing users in the customer users menu for the users menu? I do can see and manage global users but not customer users where we had 3 tech accounts visible in the past.

When you are on a customer/SITE and you go to the “Users” on the menú you only can see “Site Users”.

If you go to the Partner/COMPANY level and you go to the “Users” on the menu, you can see two tabs: one for “Global users” (your techs must be here) and other tab for “Site users”.

Since I don’t wanted to have all my tech ppl in the global users list they where put into site users as it is called in the english version. yet there are no users visible anymore.

In the customer tenants level these site users are still visible. But imagine you want to change the rights for all customers for one of those site users… you would not do this customer by customer but instead of this in the partner level… this was possible since we started with the hub in 05-2021… no this place is just empty…
