have sendt file to avast lab and reported False Positive
ESET and Nano say bundled… so there may be a PUP bundlet with it … possible ask toolbar ?
[edit]It is not packaged with a toolbar. It prompts the installation of third-party free GPL Ghostscript by default (PS2PDF). This may be why it is now getting flagged.
This false positive is frustrating, as I have never had this problem before. Why is this procedure now a problem?

Now, they could lie about it, but “FREE software for commercial and non-commercial use! No watermarks! No Popup Web Ads! No Adware, No Malware!”.
Also, “GNU Ghostscript is a free open-source interpreter for the PostScript language and the PDF file format.
It is distributed under the GNU General Public License.”
…
I just realized, my unattended install runs an Ask Toolbar uninstaller 3 times to thwart the ask toolbar installation. I guess it has been so long since I manually installed CutePDF, I had forgotten about the toolbar.
My unattended install also installs a newer version of Ghostscript, and uninstalls the old version prompted by the CutePDF installer…
