CVE-2006-3590 Infección

Hello everyone. Today I tried to give a PPT job to a friend, a file that originated on your computer and I sent this file to my gmail,l account.
Surprisingly gmail me “says” you can not attach the file because it is infected.

  1. I checked with avast and gave “no threat”.
  2. I checked in “virus total” (online antivirus) and tested positive in 3 antivirus.
  3. I could climb the drive from google but when my friend try to download get a notice that your privacy is in danger.
  4. I did not find much on the net about this virus, but it is annoying, because it lets me send an attachment that needs to be sent from my account.
  5. Total virus detail results:

I would appreciate help.

It is not malware, it is a security flaw:

CVE-2006-3590 http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2006-3590

mso.dll, as used by Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 through 2003, allows user-assisted attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a malformed shape container in a PPT file that leads to memory corruption, as exploited by Trojan.PPDropper.B, a different issue than CVE-2006-1540 and CVE-2006-3493.
