So I logged on to my computer and and it said that Avast has stopped working
also this has come up in the Problem Reports and Solutions bit

You can e.g. open the mentioned URL in IE - and drag&drop the file there.
As for how to get the file on your computer - I believe that when you click the “View a temporary copy of these files” link in the window you pasted, it will show you the location.
