Once you updated your BIOS, settings in your BIOS went back to default settings, so I guess that’s where you lost booting option from your floppy…

Than I guess boot priority got screwed up… you have to enter your BIOS, and find the boot priority section, then set your FLOPPY 3.5 inch to boot first, your CD rom to boot second, and then hard drive.

I also think now that your BIOS is updated actually… otherwise, most likely you wouldn’t be able to boot at all… anyway, it’s always good to check.

this is weird…

when i put down the screen the machine shutsdown to wait-mode–
-thats normal.

when i the shut on the power it starts on the same webpage or windows as before i locked down the screen or shut off that way.

but now, after some secs after the pc shutsoff to wait-mode-
-it shuts on the power again automaticly.

so the pc is runnin and screen on
what can cause this?

i shopped a new and better pc, my notebook had a hardware error.
