I ran the shredder for 1st time but it failed to complete and when it was finished stating not completed it had left behind full discs. I searched in my computer and found what looked like the files and deleted them but I still have a full disc and cannot find the overwrite files !

I have 1 more trick up my sleeve, assuming this was run inside a 30 day period.
Download the correct version of FRST (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/).
Run it, let it scan and attach the FRST Report. This will give a detailed description of all files created within a 30 day period. (Hidden, System files/Folders). If it’s deleted, then it won’t find it.
Post that report, should give me a location for where a mass amount of files are.
