decompression bomb? is it bad?

I recently did a quick scan to check for viruses- no viruses. but it said “Error: there is a decompression bomb (42110)” being only a child this sounds bad and i’m a little bit worried. I wanna know - is it bad? is it some kind of virus? should I delete and how? please help me If you can.
