default scans gone, no restore

After one of the recent updates all my scans are gone, and by my I mean the defaults scans too, and by all I mean all but two.
One is called daily, one is called boot-time.
I have tried restoring factory defaults and repairing, twice.

I am ready to start the uninstall/nuke the site from orbit option.

Download Avast Pro Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_pro_antivirus_setup.exe
Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
Reboot.
