Cant say how good it is , Ive never tried it.
Power Defragmenter is on REjZoR’s site that Cloussau gave, it isn’t automatic, but it is free and it is blisteringly fast. So you shouldn’t need it to be automatic.
I use the windows defrag just to analyse and see if a drive need to be defragged and use Power Defragmenter if it does. There have been times when I believe the Power Defragmenter was quicker than the windows defrag analysis ;D
