Dekstop won't load!

I just noticed a problem,my dekstop won’t load…
my dekstop looks like:

ok ok fixed,it was something “hidden” at taskmanager.I used msconfig and removed a process called msgms.exe,desctiption: msn “bacground” LOLED

Using msconfig can be hazardous to to your system’s health if you do not know what you are doing. :wink:
Why can’t I use msconfig to change my services?
