"del" doesn't register (onscreen keyboard)

Hello

Ever since installing Avast! Free, when logging in in Windows 7 Professional with the onscreen keyboard (I’m a disabled person) “del” doesn’t register. “Ctrl” and “AltGr” register, “Del” doesn’t. So everytime I have to ask a colleague to press ctrl-alt-del on the real keyboard, quite annoying. After they’ve pressed it I can enter my password with the onscreen keyboard.

Before we had Symantec Endpoint Protection and I didn’t have issues logging in in Windows 7 Professional with the onscreen keyboard. However the year had passed and soon we receive new computers, that’s why I opted for Avast! Free for now.

Do you know how to fix this?

Is this removed using symantec removal tool?

No with uninstall, did the same on another PC but installed a different free AV: no issues there.
