Delay with "Locate" command (bug?)

  1. my.avast.com → Devices → mobile_device → Locate → Request Location
  2. “Command successfully delivered”

Now I have to wait 5-10 minutes before I get a picture with location.

However, if I send this command again, the picture appears instantly without any delay.
It seems that second command “pushes” data from first command.

Same here.
Should that be fixed already or is the issue still existing ?

I lost my Android phone. So I am back at my PC. Logged into Avast.
click on “request location” and all it says was that it “trying to contact your device”
Eventually, it times out. It says “We are unable to contact your device”
What do I do now? I installed Avast only because I wanted to get the “find device” feature. This feature doesn’t appear to be functioning.

Any news on this?
This is what I so far get when I try and locate my phone… And it doesn’t change after a few minutes.
