If I delete a file in the virus chest does it delete it from my computer for good or, does it put it back on my computer? Thanks!
Its’ gone for good 
Make sure that it is not a false positive first though which is why its best to leave it in the chest for a few weeks just to be sure.
You can right click the file within Chest and rescan it before.
