By misstake i created two accounts and now need to delete it. How?
click your account in top right - profile details.
click delete account
Only avast staff can delete a account.
You can ask the by submitting a ticket.
Not entirely correct, if the OP is talking about his my.avast.com account (which I also suspect) then it can be deleted as Stanley Angrianto stated.

Because I am thinking of deleting me Avast account…I am wondering…
What happens to all your information/photos once you opt to delete you Avast account?
I would imagine, delete means exactly that, everything associated with that account will be gone!
Once you delete your account. All your data associated with this account will be deleted with these exceptions:
- Licenses associated with your email, will remain associated with your email and will not be deleted.
- Photos/contacts/sms you backed up using Mobile backup to you Google Drive will remain in your Google Drive
