I’ve just installed and did a scan for duplicates, it gave me a massive list and I stupidly agreed to remove the duplicates as it said it would delete same file names pictures etc, I’ve now found it did do this and has deleted years of files folders and pictures.
Does anyone know if you can undo this?
I don’t have clean up installed.
Is there not an option to ‘restore’ or roll back changes?
I couldn’t find one, tried to contact avast but there is no direct contact to customer service to try and resolve this
I have attempted to contact help. Hopefully there will be a response.

Hi, you need to attach your screenshot, else we can’t see it.

Hi,
could you please provide us more information about the product you have used to remove duplicates (e.g. name, version, screenshots would be also appreciated)?
I am asking because currently there is not a duplicate finder/remover feature in Avast Cleanup product so I don’t really understand what you are referring to.
I would like to help you but in order to be able to do it I would need to know what we are talking about.
Thank you.
I’ve looked in applications and it’s Avast Clean up ver: 2.0
