Comment faire pour installer et activer um logiciel que j’ai déjà payé, alors que l’on me demande de me réabonner? J’ai la clé, por activer, mais c’est toujours le même problème, quand jassaye de scanner l’ordinateur, il y à une demande de réabonnement! Comment régler le problème? Merci, José Alves

You say you have the the activation key (should have been emailed to you), but have you entered in in the program ?
Have you tried to log on to your Avast Account, doing so from the program should detect your subscription/s ?
